To create our Organic Ginger Matcha gelato frozen dessert, we started with the finest matcha from Japan which is made from fresh Tencha leaves which are dried and ground into a beautiful green matcha powder. Our Organic Ginger Matcha pays respect to the traditional flavor profiles of Japanese Matcha with an added twist of organic lemon and subtle hints of organic ginger – for the perfect balance of flavors and gelato ingredients. At Talenti, we believe the best process and highest quality ingredients results in the best tasting gelatos, sorbettos and frozen desserts. We start with fresh milk and cream and make frozen dairy desserts from scratch with the highest-quality ingredients sourced from all around the world. We then use an old world process that involves slow cooking our ingredients in smaller batches to bring out unique flavors for a one-of-a-kind dessert. Furthermore, we package our gelato flavors in clear, BPA-free jars to showcase the beautiful gelato inside. When you’re done, recycle or reuse* the jar anyway you like.
