The inspiration for this cider came from the beauty of our orchards layered with luscious blossoms, the sweetest form of an apple. With hints of vanilla and melon you will enjoy this cider as an aperitif, with any dessert and surprisingly with goat cheese, Thai food, turkey burgers, tomato rich pizza and grilled cheese sandwiches. Our fresh pressed juice comes from apples grown in the Pacific Northwest. We blend American, English and French cider varieties essential for the complexity you will find in our ciders.
