Patience during the 2006 growing season was aptly rewarded in the bottle. A cool summer in our Paso Robles vineyards was followed by intense fall heat allowing for full fruit maturation. The resulting fruit quality was excellent and helped to create this deeply pigmented wine offering flavors of plum, black cherry, cedar and toasted oak. Enjoy with grilled meats, winter soups and other savory fare. 13.9% alc/vol.
